I booked my Seat(#17) on 15th August for departure date of 18th August and time 20: 45. Today, when the bus arrived at Rawalpindi Terminal, passenger was already seating on my booked seat who was coming from Abbottabad. After telling the issue to the hostess, I was forced to leave my booked seat and was told to sit in the seat at the end of the bus (Seat#41).
This is clearly violation of rules and regulations, fundamental human rights, totally unethical and unacceptable.
