We booked the ticket of 5:30 pm from Rawalpindi to lahore. Daewoo bus arrived at 6:30 after still they wasted too much time in loading and boarding. There is no compensation of wastage of time n money to authorities. What a pathetic service it had been since a year. What un cleaned busses with sub standard services you have started providing your customer.
