I Mr Imran Bashir do Job in Pakistan Army and going to Nowshera KpK to Faisalabad last Eighteen years. Sir your seated and conditon of bus is not good and alway your hosts staff have not co oprative no have refreshment system like other daewoo shahid daewoo coach and bilal daewoo every seat your mic is out of order it is very difficult to travelled customer also bad effect your daewoo service like other also good staff required,and refreshment like before.
I hope your will action againest my complaints

salam! today i have travelled from Lahore to Gujrat by daewoo services, I had very worst exprience. It took 5 hours to reach gujrat. when the buss got the motorway it stucked near the tool plaza for one hour, and mechanic reached very late. And after crossing ‘Mareedqay’ the buss was again stopped for one hour ,buss was running from the shortage of water. All the passengers faced difficulty to reach their destination on time.
