Assalamualaikum
16-05-2022 I bought ticket From Swat to Rawalpindi time (9:00) but i was not able to reach at the time so i cancelled my ticket. The company policie is that if you want to refund your ticket we will detect 30% #point_1

Then i booked another ticket from swat to Rawalpindi of 3pm.
And i came on Bus bay at 3:01 the bus has gone because i was late just one minute

Today 21-05-2022 i booked ticket from Rawalpindi to Swat time (10:00Am) so i came to the bus bay on 9:00 , and thinking of that incident which happed to me ( But the bus was late for 30 minutes) just imagine 30 minutes why..?? What if your bus is late for 30….?? Soo i complained on department that why your bus late they told me that because of traffic ( ooooooh the traffic is only for Company buses Not for us) i was 1 minutes late and the bus has gone almost i lost 10000Rs

Like i paid you and now the time is up and i am not present on time so you must have to call me naa that sir why you are abesnt sir how much time you will take … Just to inform me but noooo
If i am late its not Ok but if they are late it is ok…
Ok we paid 20% extra to get better service and in picture i will show the best service
