I kept on calling them during different hours day and night and got no response other than all the customer sevice officers are busy at the moment till the time i was out of credit. I needed seat on urgent basis. I then hopessly downloaded their app and it was not registering me and it took ages for it to load. Then i tried online ticketing procedure and they said your​ ticket is booked for 15 minutes and then it will expire. This is height of unprofessionalism. If they want everyone to come to their doorstep to purchase ticket first then why the hell do they offer so much of useless facilities? Absolutely disgusted and annoyed.

  1. The call center guys are very rude and have unprofessional attitude. I called to reserve a seat on daewoo express. The call center guy did not tell me his name. When I requested to tell me his name so that I may proceed with the reservation process, he continuously refused to tell his name. At last he told his name Haroon. Check the height of rudeness from Mr Haroon, he ended the call deliberately when I was talking to him. I was just shocked at the attitude that he ended the call rudely even without booking my ticket.
