I am Iqra Iqbal. I bought a ticket on 3rd March at 6:20pm. My seat no was 5. I travelled from Lahore to Okara. I paid on counter 5,000 rupees. My ticket was 550. He returned 3,850 rupees only.
Kindly look into it. I have submit a complaint on helpline as well, on 3rd of march, but they did take any action. It will be highly appreciating.
