Dear Concern I purchased a booked ticket via Your application I am traveling from Rawalpindi to Faislabad as on 7th of December 2017 seat No 9 time 6:30.The Reference given to me is 0440083393.i received a message from bank that my master card has been charged for rupees 810.But i didn’t receive any confirmation sms or email please assist me.i still not having receive Andy response
