I purchased a ticket of Daewoo express bus service from abbottabad to lahore on 10th Jan 2021 (03135966776). Bus departure time from Abbottabad was 6pm however bus departed at 6.30pm. We reached sial service area at around 12 am. Stay at sial service area was for only 10-20 mins. However after half an hour , bus hostess announces that due to fog motorway is closed so we will stay here tonight and leave in the morning when motorway will open. I stayed in Bus for 1 hour and then i leave for masjid for 20-25 mins, When i came back bus was not there and it left from sial to lahore Via GT road. I called the driver immediately, first he was unaware of the fact that one passenger is missing, After knowing that he said we cant do anything now and didn’t accept his mistake that he continued the journey without a passenger. At morning when i reached terminal through another local bus ( By standing all night outside in extreme cold weather the assistant manger ( waseem ) of daewoo terminal lahore said it was your mistake why did you left the bus and didn’t agree that driver was unaware of missing passenger. He behavior was very rude and he said do whatever you can. I am filling a complaint here that i paid for the full journey they left me on the way in cold winter night and they didn’t even excepted there mistake . I want a strict action against the company so this never happens with anyone else again.
