Dear Sir,
I am writing this complaint in regard to my ATM card. My card has been expired and taken in by ATM machine. I have requested in my local branch and they have asked for the relative documentation which i provided them. Now its been over a month now i am without my ATM card. I have asked my branch many times but nothing done so far from their end. Now i have been using Bank Alfalah and i found them very cooperative. I hope HBL staff also start working like that and deal their customer with respect and do necessary action to avoid any inconvenience accord to their client due to their service. Kindly, do necessary action in this regard.
