I purchased the 22nd of January,18 one ticket for dawoo bus service. Unfortunately, there was error to submit the request. Owing to this, I brought two tickets by mistaken. When I checked to bus service they told that you have to come dawoo bus terminal for cancellation & company will be deducted 30percent. It is abysmal poor services by Dawoo bus service. They should refund 100 percent amount
