Delay in possession
I have invested in project and it was promised that the builder will handover the flat in Dec 2015 but till now i have not got the possession of my flat. Please help me fight against this real estate company to get my flat or my money back. Neither they are refunding my advance money (that is approx 90 % of total value of the property) nor they are giving possession, Please help or let me know the ways buy which i can get, either my flat or my money.
