That a packet having bank documents from Bank Alfalah Karachi was handed over to TCS to deliver at my address i.e. Jawaid Brothers & Company 351-A PCSIR Phase 2 Lahore on 25th September 2019, after the lapse of considerable time when i contacted with my banker he has shown me the status of consignment as “delivered on 26th September 2019” whereas the same has not yet been received by me or any other person at given address. The said packet contains important documents and such an irresponsible attitude by the courier company is a very serious issue, Please inquire the matter and unsure the proper delivery of consignment also update me about the progress in this matter.
