Dear concern,
I am bringing it is to your notice that we giving business to TCS on daily basis. but it is the second time that shipment became late and returned to Islamabad. please instruct your rider that takes their job seriously because things that we are sending are not casual but important. I am attaching the tracking screenshot while we were waiting for tcs till 6:00 PM while the rider exaggerated and did not deliver.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from Delivery.
