They dispatched my order on COD even though I had already paid in advance. The rider did not hand over the parcel since payment was required as per the receipt, which is completely understandable. As a result, I did not receive my order and contacted the store. They told me they would offset the amount and resend the parcel the next day with zero payment due. However, after that, I neither received the parcel nor did they respond to my messages.
