I purchased a watch from an online store “Desire.pk” as per face book ID. This watch was worth 3500 and order was placed on Saturday, 28th of jan, 2017 and I received the watch on 31st of Jan, 2017 via TCS (CN 772113102703) sender was Best Buy. Upon receiving I found watch of very poor quality not the same as was shown in pics and with no functions as promised, apart from that the knob of the watch which was rusty came out when i tried to re-set time. I did not open it for use and immediately contacted desire.pk through Facebook messages but got no response, then I called at 0345 6507500 (Mr. Danish) on 31st of jan at 5:22 PM the given number and talked Mr. Danish and he promised me someone from Desire.pk would contact me soon but no one till today. Then again I dropped messages on the same WhatsApp number (0345 6507500) and the guy refused to address my complaint by rudely saying it was damaged. Then he stopped replying my messages and even did not pick my phone call. After that I called on their complaint number 021 32361743 on 01 of Feb, 2017 and talked to Mr. Salman who promised to resolve my matter by evening but he never called back and when I called he did not pick the phone. On Feb 02, 2017 I called to the complaint number again and no one picked up my call. Only in the evening someone by the name of Ahmad picked and replied my matter will be resolved soon but no one called me back. I talked to Mr. Danish in addition to numerous WhatsApp messages yesterday (Feb 02, 2017) but with no action on my complaint. I also dropped WhatsApp messages to Mr. Anees (0345 820440513) but with no solution. I have trail of conversation saved in my mobile phone). They also removed my comments from there Facebook page which must not be as of an online shopping store. When I showed my intention that I would make a complaint with FIA, they did not bother and replied casually we know how to handle this. Sir I humbly request to take actions against such cheaters so that our hard earned money is not looted by them, secondly it will also help others who are doing online shopping business fairly. TCS is equally responsible as they collaborate in such frauds so that they must also be brought to justice.
