This is the worst experience of online shopping. There is a page on fb with the name of la senza for under garments and offering some imported products with finest quality, i placed the order but when i received my parcel sender name was mentioned as dakham and it was worst quality garments even not worth to use for 1 time. And when i called them to complain about my order there was no response. Here is the num from order confirmation was dine.

Hello,
I have ordered a bundle of 3 cotton shirts online and today i received that order which is completely fake, used and bad conditioned shirts. I asked the courier to let me open it to verify the order but he refused to open it and said you can contact company directly if anything is wrong. Unfortunately, They delivered a completely bad and rubbish products however, they display a decent images online to attract customers.
I want to file a complain on there retailers and demand a all refund amount for this order.
