HEC had sent my documents [HEC/A&A/DAS/2020/723939] back on 10th April, 2020 but I didn’t get the documents still. I need my documents back as soon as possible as I have to send the documents to a foreign university. In such a lock down situation I visited the TCS Center, Davis Road where the representative asked to me visit the head office TCS. I went there even staff was there office was opened but they didn’t hand over my documents and told that since it is lock down now a days we cannot hand over your documents. I want my documents back as soon as possible I also want to know whether this is a system to support or to disturb? The offices are doing their retail business but can’t give my documents back to me even visited there by travelling around 20 kilo meters.
I am also facing same issue as i am unable to locate where my docs are. HEC sent me an email that they have returned my docs after verification to tcs on 10 th of April 2020. But till today i dont have any information.
Thanks to share any further improvements on this issue.
