Dear TCS Customer Complaint Incharge
I would like to register complaint as customer of TCS. My Courier (important documents) reached at TCS Tando Muhammad Khan on dated November 12,2021 as per tracking status. But still i haven’t received. I searched number of contact person in Tando Muhammad on 03169992374. He has conformed my courier from Islamabad and he said our person will to reach today. Today date is 16 November 2021, but still i haven’t received . It’s very poor service quality in Tando Muhammad Khan and 04 days late service delivery within your branch and my office. I am attaching Tracking status for your review and improve quality of services. Thanks
