Ur driver Mr. Rustom cell no 03132309859 did not arrive at my location and cancelled the ride but careem charged me for RS 175, why ? I was so disappointed because of canceling the ride and faced a lot of difficulties , insulted by the driver and it is more rediculous and stupid act by careem that I was charged for RS 175 , wowwww great policy
