Dear sir, i am very sorry to say that i complained about my 8 mb dsl internet on 1218 helpline on 16-05-2017 and still my problem is not resolved. no any representative of ptcl visited me. Its not service its just bull shit.Please give directions to your staff of ptcl to resolve my complaint.
