I hope you are well .. I took 42000 from this application and in return they gave me 34000. I gave them 5 installments of 8400 which comes to 42000 but they are still asking for full 42000 and sending threatening messages that we will this and we will that . We request you to take strict action against them. Thank you very much.

I took loan of Rs.21600 that was a disbursal amount and I paid in installments of Rs.5400 five times so that is calucated as 5400*5= 27000 and on 25th November they approached on WhatsApp and also sent test message that you took a loan of 27000 even it was disbursed as 21600 and a insolvent aunty trying to misbehave me and my relatives and saying that you still have to pay 5400 and I already sent her proof of payment receipts on WhatsApp. Kindly report and complain against this fraudulent loan financing company.

Subject : Lodge Complaint Against Instant Loan Apps
Respected Concerns,
I want to lodge complaint against farudy and black mailing instant loan apps because i am victim of these apps due to now a days infilation i requested for the loan on this instant laon app PK loan and Credit Cat they threaten me before the due date and said that if you not send payment before 12pm while the repayment time is 12am but they force me to made payment before 12pm and threaten me that if you not made payment at my given time then i’ll call on your contacts list and ask him for your laon so it is better to you to pay extension money which is 35% of actual loan payment and force me to pay this extension money instead of complete loan payment i said him that my loan payable time is today before 12am but they still threaten me for extension money so i’ll paid him extention money while my loan as it is stand on same payable payment, while there are other such instant loan apps which are having same stretegies of harassing people and force to pay extension money instead of complete loan settelment. I am also a victim of these kinds of apps i sold out all my assets, gold and other home appliances to paid off loans but I am still stuck in this quagmire of these farudy and black mailing instant loan apps.
I humble request to all highly respected legal institutions that take strict action and banned all kind of these farudy and black mailing instant loan apps so that no one else gets caught in the clutches of these fraudy and black mailing instant loan apps which are mention mention below

Same Mary sth b ya hi hy
My son sold his phone and exactly after 1 day started receiving calls and messages on Whatsapp saying they have all record and shall call every one. Loan was never applied nor taken. Receiving calls from Indian numbers and local numbers also. It’s a scam where they are selling personal information data to scammers also. He was from some loan much and on bullshitting he said I am sorry it was mistake
