Sir we were get insurance of efu through the ubl brance no 0520 that is situated in 477G.B .that policy was taken my mother .and after that has been died .and we were go in branch of Ubl 0520 .he ask for document and we submit all that .now the branch manager said that we have submit document to efu Karachi but we talk to efu member so he said we have not get any document toward you .the name of sender who is member of efu is samaira and then received by Mr waleed from Karachi .but now he refused .Ubl said its efu problem and efu member said this is Ubl problem .tell us where we go and do now.
