That Sheikh Muhammad Tariq has developed Lahore Garden Housing Society which is illegal and unapproved housing society. This area is un electrified. Sheikh Tariq is illegally supplying electricity to 800 houses by installing a few meters in his name and collects the bill from them himself.
He is pilfering electricity with the connivance of the staff of LESCO Sub-Division Attari. Power supply is taken from 8 pm to 8 am by direct wires and KUNDA sustem, which is causing loss of millions of rupees to LESCO every month. If Lahore Garden Housing Society’s bills paid to LESCO and records of power units sold to residents are seized, all thefts will come to light.
