It is stated that i booked a refrigerator from Electro Gallery, Abid Market, Lahore to deliver in Chak 17/8BR, Mian Chanoo, Khanewal on July 19, 2021. A representative from Electro Gallery (Mr. Abdul Haseeb) promised and ensured that your item will be dispatched today and will be at destination on July 24,2021. I contacted again and he reconfirmed that your refrigerator has been dispatched in the same day.
But, reality is against of it. They have totally misguided me. I have paid all the charges including delivery charges, but refrigerator has not been at destination even today. It is unjust. Justice should be awarded.
