My EOBI renewal card was given to TCS by Al-Falah Bank for delivery to my address on 6th May 2021. As per the tracking results the card could not be delivered to my residence with a remark “No such consignee at given address”. This statement is totally false as my house is never vacant. One or two family member is always there to receive mails, etc. We receive four to five mails via couriers every week posing no problem to us. The person delivering the consignment did not bother to call me on the phone no. mentioned at the bottom of the address given to him. The card was returned to the bank on 21st May 2021. I request you to investigate this matter and find out from the messenger why he had to resort to untrue statement which lead to a lot of inconvenience to me.

My mother new EOBI card not deliver yet . still waiting , most of card had been deliver and most of pensioners receive thier cards and active them but my mother card still not been issue or not deliver or not receive yet b. detauils are as under
