This is salman from Canada my contact no is +1639 916 0114. I’m complaint against Faisal Bank Branch Ghazi Chowk Town Ship Lahore. I regularly send money to my mother in Lahore Paksitan. My mother is 68 years old she has her account in FBL in Ghazi Cwhok Branch, whenever she visits/contact in branch every time staff said Western Union is not working but when Branch Manager (ABdullah sb) see my mother he always respects her and make her WU payment. So I am unable to understand why BM do that and staff refused her. Today is the same story there but now there is new BM MR.Salman and he was also give my family the same answer, he was out of his office, when my family call him on his cell he said may be system is no working. So I’m requested you plz look into this matter.
No one has any idea who we send money to our parents/family. We are so far from our country & our parents and what kind of problems we facing here, and how we send money in our country. Another side our parents are unable to get money from safe hands (banks). I’m once again requested you plz look into this matter especially old citizens.
