Previously I was misguided by one of your customer service representative about the third party payment due to which I had to cancel two of my flights (Ref: ULSDPY) (Ref: RWVWPT) and I was charged for the false penalty to cancel both my flights – I haven’t received the refund yet and I have filled a complaint to have a full refund because I was guided by one of your representative that it won’t be a problem.
Secondly I had to book both of my flights again from the credit card of the passenger travelling with them – flight reference # CUOBR1 and #HKJZU6. Both of the flights are free to change. So I changed the #CUOBR1 from 18th of august to 19th of august and paid the additional amount through my credit card on 16th august but the payment was not successful due to the page said payment successful without me entering the OTP. Then when I checked it on 17th august at 11.30 pm the payment was unsuccessful and I had to pay again due to which I couldn’t change my date from 19th august to 21st august on time- because fly dubai takes time to recognize the payment. I called the customer service and they said you cannot change the date until we check the payment made through my credit card. I was on time i.e 24 hours before my flight but the system won’t allow me to change the date because it was checking my previous payment and it takes hours for them to check it.
According to Fly Dubai I have to pay a penalty again of around 10, 000 pkr which I’m very upset that I had to pay the penalty before due to one of your customer service misguided me about the third party payment and now because of slow service from your end. and when I made an overseas call to your UAE customer service I was kept on hold for 30 min twice for telling me that I will be charged a penalty. If you’re enable to satisfy me this time I promise you no one in my family will ever use Fly Dubai to travel and I will make sure I tell everyone what pathetic service I got with no co operation from your side.
