Dear Customer care, It is to inform you that i am maintaining BTF account in Faysal Bank more than three years and a regular valued customer of Faysal Bank . In past years i complaint about the annual fee charged by Symbols system from BTF limit in case of non availability of funds in repayment account and faysal Bank resolved that issue by the help of Vendor but now again i have observed another malfunctioned of your system that system has charged penalty and FED charges on my annual fee i.e Rs 1600 which should not be charged because penalty amount is only charged on non payment of Markup and principal instead of annual fee amount which should only be deducted on availability of funds in repayment account. It is requested from SBP to take necessary action to reverse my extra penalty amount and FED charges ASAP.Looking forward to your early response Regards, Hasan Raza Khan CNIC:4210169177623
