I made an order of the insuline to the pharmacy after seeing their poster of 8% discount on all the medicines. The copy of my order is as follows,
“Assalam O Alaikum, I need One vial Humalog and Two vials Basagine insulin. Please give 8% discount as advertised . Please confirm my order. The delivery address is as follows.
Shahid Hafeez, House No. 32, Street No 18, Sector C, DHA I, Islamabad.’
My order was confirmed my the operator sitting there, he was specifically asked to provide 8% discount to which agreed. The delivery was made without the bill , the delivery boy told me that the bill is Rs.3800 , I should pay him and he will have the bill delivered through whatsapp. When I saw the bill, it was Rs. 3700 , which was incorrect too, 8% was the total cost compes out to by Rs. 3500 or so.
I told them about this , they agreed that I have paid the delivery boy 100 Rupees more, but made different excuses for not paying 8%. I made a complaint to their office , got reply from the ” Owner” that he is sending Rs. 300 . Kept me waiting but nobody arrived. Today I send a message ” السلام علیکم, my last reminder to make the Payment” . I got a reply the the delivery boy is on its was. Till now I don not see him.
It is not a matter of Rs. 300 or Rs.30000, it is about the commitment of the company. They are cheating the custoners like this everyday, I want your good office to please look into this.
