submitted that on 03.07.2016, I made transaction of Rs.20000/- through ATM Card No.21-852-3817-1199 against K/Bazar Sargodha A/C No.0160070193-301 vide my CNIC No.38403-8114689-9 but amount was not handed over to me by ATM machine and displayed link down. whereas machine handed over to me slip for drawl of Rs.2000/-. I made compliant to Mr.Shehzad Saeed Regional Operation Chief HBL Sargodha as well as to concerned banks and also to Head Office Karachi in written but no response given to me uptill know.
therefore it is requested to please considered my written complaint and action should be taken accordingly and my payment Rs.20000/- should be written to me or concerned bank may please be directed to show my visual so that I should be satisfy please.
