Respected sir,
I am Muhammad Nasrullah From Basti Ghazi Shah Moza Bagh Jhang. I had an issue with my Transformer. It is used by 4 tubewell and home users. It has a capacity of 200KV.Its one coil was burnt. I went to SDO and Line Superintendent. They said that i have to pay 93000 rupees as demand notice and there is no guarantee of time that it will take to arrive. It may take 2 to 3 months. you pay 90,000 and we will replace your old transformer with the new 1 in the two to three days with 1 year of warranty. They replaced transformer with another repaired transformer. The wire were lose . Jumpers and connecters were to be renewed but they did nothing. We paid them 90000 rupees and they gave us old transformer rather a new one. I visited the concern authorities for two weeks but they didn’t listen me. I use this transformer for agriculture tubewell and due to the lack of their interest we had to bear nearly 200000 loss. I request you to take action against them.
