We request the internal shifting of our PTCL Flash Fiber internet connection along with the associated landline within our existing premises located on Rashid Minhas Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Please note that the service address will remain unchanged; only the installation location needs to be shifted from the current room to our newly designated IT/communication room within the same building. We kindly request your technical team to relocate the fiber ONT/modem and landline connection, ensuring that both internet and telephone services remain fully operational after the relocation. We would appreciate it if you could arrange a technician visit at your earliest convenience and inform us of the scheduled date and any applicable service charges.
