Dear Sir,
I Wish to state that i had a flight on the night of 13 Sept, 2016 from KHI to DXB and a connecting flight Of Azal Airline from DXB to AZERBAIJAN . I had a e-visa of Azerbaijan and a e-mail reply from Dubai Airports in Which they clearly mentioned that for transit Purpose No Dubai Visa is required . But at the time of Check-in, Fly Dubai did not allow me to board as they said WIthout DXB visa we cannot allow you to board and they also said they don’t know about Azerbaijan visa and they will not allow me to board on the plane. RAS Airport did not help me in any kind rather than they said Its Pakistan there is no such rule regarding this and we can’t allow you or we can’t give you the signal “OK TO BOARD”. Due to this, i was unable to travel and also had to cancel my further connecting flights and hotel booking which cause me too much loss. Later I Show all the documents at fly Dubai Town Office and they referred my case again to RAS Airport Branch which again did not help me in any kind regarding Re-inversement of My Ticket as they said its not their fault for the miss of my flight and they are not responsible for this. They also said only my ticket from DXB to KHI can be refund in the form of cheque. but again they follow the wrong proceedure and they issued me a voucher of Fly Dubai which is useless for me as i don’t have any plan of travelling abroad in coming year. The Agent named Mr. Khurram was there in RAS Airport Office which Deal my case and insured me regarding the cheque and he was the one who said we are not reponsible for anything at the night of flight.
I am attaching all my documents as evidence which will help you in understanding the case better. I m hoping for Positive Reply from your Side Regarding my case for re-inversemnt of my ticket from KHI to DXB also.
