I was ill and booked business class ticket from Rawalpindi to Lahore. The bus was Executive plus. But when I travel, they let me sit into normal bus. I asked the road hostess and they said that business class ticket is NOT available online. I paid for business class but they let me travel in normal bus. This caused me too much trouble. Really bad service!
