I placed an order online with online payment, usually the rider comes and delivers at home but rider called which I could not answer, but when i looked at my phone about within 10-20 minutes my order was cancelled, I assumed he will return the order or items to their facility (PandaMart) not a vendor and money will be refunded or delivery will be re attempted as it happens with other such services metro or carrefour, I did receive the call next morning from Food Panda confirming items were not delivered and after 24 hours of order placement when no refund was happened, I contacted food panda support and they straightly told me they don’t have authority to process refund as its auto generated. I called the rider he told me items were promptly returned at the facility at panda mart, Food panda is not redelivering the item nor issuing any compensation for Rs. 2,862/- order
