I have been using the app for a year as a pro member laying the fees a few days ago the rider ok the map stayed at his house for a hour before collecting my food it came cold I made a complaint in which food panda was asking me to Blake the restaurant I refused and said this was a food panda rider issue . Since then I cannot use the app as they claim my location isn’t working even tho my neighbours is and they are not offering me my refund for my subscription . I feel they are being very unethical when I raise a complaint to fix the app as its unusable they said they will do it now but it’s been 3 days . They claim they are not in my area but we have used them for the last year and these restaurants are local this is due to me making a complaint about the rider I feel the staff member has done something to my account and the workers are not helping rectify it .
