foodpanda order dcu3-4sr5 from Pandamart – DHA VI LHR on 18.2.2023.
Despite providing proof of wrong order delivered to me by pandamart with no receipt attached. I reached out to them through email help centre repeatedly and after 3 days the closed it resolved by saying
We’ve thoroughly reviewed the details of your case and we won’t be able to proceed with a refund.
Thanks for choosing foodpanda.
I paid online for an order worth 1900. I need my money back now
Together with the penalty for causing so much distress to me for pkr 5000
