Fraud at ATM
I have used ATM Rewat Branch on Jun 28,2018 at 08:18:17 hrs.
An Amount of Rs: 25000/- was entered to withdraw. The following Notes received.
i) 1000 x 22 = 22000
ii) 500 x 2 = 1000 ( These 02 x Rs:500 Notes were lying between 1000 Notes)
iii) 500 x 2 = 1000
Total Amount Received Rs: 24000/-.
Complaint:
Item # ii) i.e Rs:500/- x 02 Notes were laying between Rs:1000/- and Machine has counted 24. Machine operation (i.e Counting ) was Right but I think Bank Staff intentionally put Rs: 500 x 2 nos in the Tray between Rs;1000 Notes.
I have a loss of Rs: 1000/- in this transcatation.
