Last evening at Sasi arcade center Clifton I had two parcels . The gentleman Mr. Joseph who was handling my consignment had a very rude and disgusting attitude and behavior not only towards me but also other customers. When I wrote down my name on the parcel and he read my designation as Captain written on the parcel he quickly transferred it to the other person Mr Asif who was a gem of a person. Mr. Joseph probably needs some days off to celebrate New Year and come refreshed to be polite to the customers.
