We are working in Lahore Embroidery workshop, our Head office in Riyadh-KSA, the workshop is in Lahore Johar Town, usually, every week twice funds received from Riyadh for payment of weekly wages to labors and fulfill other emergency expenses. Its always come in UBL and we withdrew without any problem, but this time on 17/05/2018 funds received in the name of our staff Mr. Tajamal Hussain, and your Operation Manager refused to deliver the funds, saying that spelling of the name is incorrect. but we show them several time you paid on same spelling name and you well know our staff, because this is not the 1st time, every week twice we receive funds and you dispense these funds without any problems, but due to 2nd. day of Ramazan he was not in good mood and refuse to pay to say that you may complain anywhere I don’t mind and I don’t care. Our transfer No. is 1861 0401 3001 9598 dtd 17 05 2018, and very latest payment on the same name and same spelling i.e. Transfer number 1861 0401 3001 6499 dated 30 04 2018. Due to this nonprofessional attitude by the Operation Manager of Johar Town branch, we are unable to distribute weekly wages to our staff, which is damaging our reputation and damaging staff’s other financial matters.
Please look into the matter and solve our problem, as well as instruct to your Operation Manager to be more curtacious with their clients.
