Application against sugar mill regarding payment of sugarcane as I’m a farmer my complaint is sugar mill has started crashing on 30th November at that time the rate of sugarcane per 40kg was 182 after that on 5th December the price per 40kg reduces to 172 and then on January 22 price per 40kg reduced to 160. As we received the payment 182 against our sugar cane which reached till 5th December after that we received the price 172 but when prices of sugarcane reduces to 160 administration of sugarcane cuts our amount which we received 182 and 172 and gives the price of sugarcane 160 from 30th November from when sugar mill Started crushing but they have to give price 160/40kg from January 22. My request from honorable court is please give us the price 182/40kg from starting to end of this season. Or give order to sugar mill administration for giving our payment back which they cuts from us unlawfully. There is no one which listen the voice of farmers because all MPA MNA’s are share holder’s in sugar mills please give us justice
