I ordered 2 demin jeans from GMTD textile for Rs. 800/- today and i recieved two lunda pants totally damaged and smelly instead of what they were showing and they even said they have 15 days money back guarantee and 6 month warranty so i started calling them regarding this fraud and now they aren’t even answering my calls.

I saw a post of GMTD Textile on Facebook and booked an order for two DENIM Jeans from GMTD Textile on 06-11-2020 for Rs. 800, next day i received a voice call from No. 0300-0645475 a lady asked and confirmed me for order of 2 denim jeans and introduced herself namely ISRA as representative of GMTD Textile.
THEREAFTER a parcel received at my home, when i reached t home in the evening and opened that parcel but the jeans are of LUNDA AND SCRAPPED jeans even the size were also not appropriate as i booked.
please take an appropriate action against this fake and forged GMTD Textile who is cheating with public through their Facebook ID and even they are not receiving call on given above number.
