I have placed an online order and make paymnet through my credit card. As per my bank company (Goto) also get this payment as well but they don’t send me any product and now they are not responding me on phone and emails as well. I am Sending them constant reminders but it is two week now but no single call or response is taken by this company. Corrective action need to be taken against these scams companies.
Pls let us know what to do now.
