Its my second email. We got too much trouble. Its second time the TCS is not delivered to home from Multan. Last time we have to go Gulberg office to collect. One guy his number is 03028614476 was in contact and he commits to deliver us. Today we try a lot to call him, many sms for request but he not even attend the call and not reply the sms. My Mrs was also calling. The sender Mr. Ali Raza not make a complaint in and the Ticket number is 2988133. We are all records. Is this is the right way. Its bull shit. we will not stop and raise this issue on social media also. Too much botheration. My Cell number is 0300 9470482. I am HR Consultant. TCS is our Best Company but i thing these ugly employees are making bad with customers. What is the Customer Service then. He the ediot not pick the call might be he is dead or i dont know but at least he can pick call and tell some thing. I hope the HR and Management will take necessary action about this matter immediately. I will come to Gulberg Office and also meet the CS officers .
