It is second time. The TCS courrior person not delivery item at home. Last time we have to go Gulberg office and we collect it. Now its second time. Even we talk to the Person his cell number is 0302 8614476. He talk to us to delivery card today. Now he is not picking the phone and cancelling the call. Its so bad. Is it the right way to deal.
