Dear Sir, I am your account holder Account Title Dawood Ahamd Khan (company account), Account# 02-36-20311-714-117621 Multan Cantt Branch. We required penny cash on daily basis Rupee 100,50,20,10 for our valued customer transactions. However, our requirement is only Rs.5,000 to Rs.6,000 on weekly basis but multan branch cash department did not coperate with us and they misbehave with us when we demand. Today is the 5th time they denayed and misbehaved with me consectively and when I demand penny cash they handover me slutter cash which will not acceptable by any coustomer of mine. We are regular client of your bank and our account transaction is 1 Million to 2 Million monthly. Present situation is not bearable for me or for my business. Kindly rectified the current situation for the betterment of bank and for my business. Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
