I have applied for degree attestation in march 2020 through TCS, after paying on that particular day I had to recollect my documents from TCS due to my ISSB test. They told me that after HEC reject your application process then and only then we will give you a refund and you will receive a one-time password OTP. Unfortunately, they did not send me the code since march. Moreover, I have submitted multiple complaints in TCS but they just tell me that wait for 15 working days from the start. With due respect, I need my application fee refund.

How to file a complaint against HEC degree attestation?

* Get refund / replacement / damages from HEC degree attestation.
Subject: “Attest photocopy from HEC undue charges by respective private Institute in Karachi”
It is bring in to kind notice that, I had verified my photocopies of BTech (Pass & Honor) degree from HEC after filling form DSIF, attested from rector of institute. However when I require to attest another copies of same degree/certificate which already attested original by HEC, university demands Rs.5000 ordinary in 1 week and Rs 10,000/= urgent within 3 working days without any receiving receipts.
Kindly look into this issue as “why institute claiming these extra charges to innocent students “ to avoid such type of corruption as threat to our cause “Say No to corruption”.
Further it is alarming question who will receive money either institute or HEC or specific group of other people in their own interest.

my degree attestation is rejected after one month as they object Marriage Certificate is missing now anyone can guide that i again apply for a degree attestation mean first apply online then wait for scruitiny then submit application through courier.. it is really a long procedure.. is it possible that on same id application will again proceed?
