I had applied auto loan and my loan was dispersed on 16th of October2017 and Bank Alfalah booked my Honda Civic with Honda Pakistan on 19th of October 2017. I was convinced that a promo was signed between Honda Pakistan and Bank Alfalah that all customers of Bank Alfalah will get 50 % time concession and your car will be delivered within 3 months.Now it is almost 4 months completed and Bank staff of auto finane branch is unable to inform me some solid commitment.Please inform me about the actual situation.Thanks
