I have ordered a 1080P HD Mini USB Wall Charger With Motion Detection from the website https://yourneedtop.com/. The order delivered by TCS on 22-2-2023, Tracking Number 772618850813.
The item received today, I paid to the courier, opened the parcel and found fake item as its not the same as ordered. I contacted the all the contacts mentioned in the website including email address ([email protected]) and mobile number (03202189621), Email is bounced back and the mobile number is switched off.
As per complaint to TCS they provided an address A-60, 8th Floor, Empire center, Gulistan e Johar, Karachi. (contact no. 03353645968)
Kindly look into it, as I am going to file a complaint against the consignee to M/s FIA Cyber Crime Branch.
