Dear sir/Madam
I received a call from tcs Dina branch 0544634545 that your shipment under CN 40608286100 has arrived ,I told them today my shop is closed I am out of city kindly deliver my shipment tomorrow he said ok no issue
But now I received message your shipment 40608286100 is undelivered due to closed on arrival so we returned back
What’s that when I talk with Dina branch on phone I am unable to receive today then why he returned back my shipment I call Dina branch so many times but they not received my call
I am very disappointed from tcs service
I requested to you please take serious action I need my shipment tomorrow 25-02-2023
